Forum Improvements

Perhaps an archive to store deleted posts or something?

White background for posts is too garish, we need something easier on the eyes.

i dont think its to garish but i c what u mean by it being white, a slight dim colour would set it off pretty good - not too dim dark tho

Yes i think we need a different colour scheme. Change the white, i think, but maybe to purple? dark green?

Maybe even a kind of greyish red?

Actually that might not be bad..dark red....

What background? blue wouldnt work. Dark grey/ black? it is a bit dark though.

Me and Deza chose white, because having coloured text is more annoying than a coloured background...At least, we thought it was

yeh i'd stick with how it is atm, white is good with black text

ok couldnt find a suggestions topic soo, we could get it more advertised or "interesting" by a number of things just off the top of my head.

first - Create a topic on sporum and spore forums, this can be just to simply talk about the DMC and stuffs.

Secondly - You can give people MP when they get someone to sign up via an email link.

Thirdly - Create some graphics like adverts, psoters etc, although I don't really know how that would work??? never mind, just ignore this part I guess

Fourth - Twitter, facebook etc

EDIT: oooh and I will try and finish that trailer I was doing (forgot - sorry ) - ugh only had text in, how boring. I need to finish it off to a profesional standard or I won't rest

I'll make a video too! One of my spore vids has 250 views, another 175- so maybe some people will join.
I'll be using movie maker, so not that great but.

Right, thanks for your suggestions, guys!! I'll be sure to take them on board, and yes, ML does need to be finished. I'm going to work on it now, but I can't find Deza...Nevermind, Whenever he looks on, I'm sure he'll be happy with what we have accomplished.

What about the mini ranks, when will they show up? Is the site still sort of installing it?

The Mini ranks will not display on your "Profie". There will have to be a thread for everyones ranks and points. Should be up by tomorrow.
