none of my creations got featured (but they are like 400 times better than that what is actually featured -.-)

Yup, im going to go through various Dr.Who sigs. MPN is Most Popular New creations, and i think is based on how many comments/ratings it gets. Featured i think is actually chosen by maxis. Yeah, Zeth, loads of featured creations are terrible. I saw one which I, even ME, could make better then it. But, that said, some are amazing. But rarely. Usually theyre just better then average.
